What is Home Sharing?

Home sharing isn't just a job—it's about building inclusive communities! It's perfect for those who genuinely care about helping others thrive. Your role? To support the person you're sharing your home with in living their best life and feeling like a valued community member.

In our shared home, everyone's needs and preferences matter. We set house rules together and keep checking in to ensure everyone's happy.

For many individuals with developmental disabilities, having a sense of family and belonging is crucial. By focusing on their needs, we create a safe and loving home they can truly call their own.

While home sharing is incredibly rewarding, it's not without its challenges. It's a big lifestyle choice that requires careful consideration. Ideally, it's a long-term commitment, supporting the person through all life's ups and downs.
